About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join a well‑established organisation on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid from Dublin, you will support the full recruitment life‑cycle across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely hiring solutions and a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment advice and market insight.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, talent pooling and networking.
- Develop pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Maintain requisitions, ensure compliance and data accuracy within the ATS.
- Produce regular recruitment activity reports and updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in in‑house or agency recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Hands‑on experience with an ATS; Workday experience is advantageous.
- Track record of successful direct sourcing and pipeline development.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
