Experienced Recruiter – Fund Administration (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead specialist hiring for a leading international financial services firm. The role focuses on fund administration and governance functions, primarily supporting teams in Dublin while also collaborating with stakeholders in the UAE, North America and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for core positions in Fund Accounting, Company Secretariat, AML/MLRO, Investment Risk and Delegate Oversight.
• Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver high‑quality candidates.
• Coordinate interview processes, assess candidate suitability and ensure compliance with regulatory hiring standards.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics and pipeline status.
• Support international hiring initiatives and maintain strong relationships across global locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting within fund administration, funds services or related financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a regulated environment and handle senior stakeholder interactions.
• Strong knowledge of fund‑related roles such as fund accounting, company secretarial, AML/MLRO and risk functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands‑on delivery approach.
