Facilities Coordinator – Limerick (Up to €55k)

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of a multi‑tenant commercial property in Limerick. You will ensure building systems run smoothly, support tenant services and contribute to capital projects while upholding health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor building systems and services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, waste management and security/CCTV.
• Coordinate on‑site contractors and schedule routine maintenance and inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling onboarding, communications and move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Support compliance and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Assist the CEO in meetings and engage with stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities, property or commercial building management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS) and service coordination.
• Familiarity with health‑and‑safety regulations, compliance and risk‑assessment documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
