About the role
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of a multi‑tenant commercial property in Limerick. You will ensure building systems run smoothly, support tenant services and contribute to capital projects while upholding health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor building systems and services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, waste management and security/CCTV.
- Coordinate on‑site contractors and schedule routine maintenance and inspections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling onboarding, communications and move‑in/move‑out processes.
- Support compliance and safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assist the CEO in meetings and engage with stakeholders as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities, property or commercial building management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS) and service coordination.
- Familiarity with health‑and‑safety regulations, compliance and risk‑assessment documentation.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to adopt new technologies.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
