Facilities Coordinator – Multi‑site (UK & Ireland)

About the role

Fingleton White is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of its office environments across eight locations in the UK and Ireland. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, contractors and management on all matters relating to the maintenance, functionality and overall operation of the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of office facilities across all UK and Ireland sites.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to keep offices safe, functional and well maintained.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property management companies, contractors and service providers.
• Arrange office repairs, maintenance visits and equipment servicing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to office environments.
