Facilities Executive – On‑Site (Dublin)

About the role

The Facilities Executive will ensure smooth delivery of soft services, front‑of‑house operations and support project delivery across the Dublin headquarters and regional offices. This on‑site role acts as the main point of contact for contractors, stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining high standards in all facilities operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations across multiple office locations, including contracts for maintenance and hard services.
• Oversee soft services such as reception, security, alarm monitoring, waste management, pest control, cleaning, plant and window cleaning.
• Review Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Project‑manage external contractors to deliver works on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
• Coordinate room setups for internal events, meetings and visitor bookings.
• Support property and lease management activities, including preventative maintenance planning.
• Assist with procurement and tender processes in line with government and public‑agency best practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in facilities contract management, specifically soft services across multi‑site environments.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Level 8 degree in Business or a related discipline (NQF recognised).
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate under pressure.
• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of hard services.
