Facilities Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Management Manager to lead the delivery of workplace services across our Dublin headquarters and satellite offices in Cork, Limerick and Galway. The role will be based in Dublin and requires a full‑time, on‑site presence, overseeing both hard‑ and soft‑facility services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrated facilities management (IFM) agreement with Bidvest Noonan, covering reception, cleaning and related services.
• Plan and supervise maintenance activities, office infrastructure upgrades and workplace projects across all locations.
• Act as the primary FM partner for office managers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, procurement and cost monitoring.
• Drive KPI reporting, digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement within the FM function.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, security and business continuity standards.
• Communicate strategic goals to operational teams and serve as a bridge between technical teams, contractors and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility management.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with senior leadership and frontline staff.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team‑player attitude with a positive, can‑do approach.
