Facility Technician 4 – Manufacturing Site Support

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Facility Technician 4 to support the start‑up of its first European manufacturing site. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide technical documentation and data‑driven support to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve, compile, and analyze technical data from internal systems.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and process data to aid investigations and reporting.
• Assist with trend analysis and data evaluation for continuous improvement.
• Support the management and closure of Non‑Conformances (NCs) with accurate documentation.
• Prepare and review controlled documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and reports.
• Liaise with Engineering and other cross‑functional teams to address facility needs.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated facilities maintenance environment.
• Background in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of GMP standards.
• Familiarity with Maximo CMMS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
