Factory Manager – Manufacturing Operations Lead

About the role

An experienced Factory Manager is required to take full operational responsibility for a busy manufacturing facility in Co. Meath. This senior leadership position will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and high levels of customer satisfaction across all site functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams in Production, Warehousing, Maintenance, Quality, Technical Processing and Health & Safety.
• Drive performance, productivity, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Manage key KPIs such as output, quality, costs and OEE, and implement cost‑saving projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements and audit expectations.
• Lead CAPEX projects and support investment in new technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline (Level 7/8).
• Minimum 8 years in a senior manufacturing management role.
• Proven record of delivering operational KPIs and Health & Safety targets.
• Strong experience leading Lean and Continuous Improvement programmes.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people‑development abilities.
• Commercially aware with a results‑driven mindset.
