Finance Business Partner (Fixed‑Term, 24 months)

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Dungarvan team on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. This pivotal position serves as the primary liaison between Finance and the broader business, driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and reinforcing governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial management activities that align with business strategy and ensure robust governance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Review management accounts, forecasts and budgets, supporting sign‑off of income statements and balance sheets.
• Conduct monthly balance‑sheet reviews with Shared Services and support corporate approval processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS and internal control standards; assist with audits and control testing.
• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to develop cost‑effective, consumer‑focused business cases.
• Provide proactive financial insights, challenge assumptions and identify performance‑enhancing opportunities.
• Drive KPI awareness across functions and support productivity and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead simplification projects, embed best practices and support post‑acquisition integration.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience working in a matrix or cross‑functional environment.
