Financial Accountant – Multinational Environment (Hybrid)

About the role
Join a well‑established multinational organisation as a Financial Accountant, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This permanent hybrid role offers hands‑on experience across the full finance function, supporting multiple entities and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close procedures for several entities.
- Prepare and post general‑ledger entries and reconcile financial statements and reports.
- Complete and submit government returns while supporting audit processes.
- Oversee accruals, pre‑payments, payroll, cash management and employee expenses.
- Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and controls, and support ad‑hoc analysis and projects.
Required profile
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of general‑ledger accounting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially minded with the capability to interpret financial performance.
