Financial Analyst – EMEA Operations Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the EMEA Operations Finance team of a leading healthcare and life‑sciences organization. The role provides high visibility, working closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Deliver budgets, forecasts and latest estimates across EMEA markets.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities.
• Analyse financial performance, variances and key business drivers.
• Support investment reviews and working‑capital optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy of intercompany charges, allocations and accruals.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to aid business decisions.
• Collaborate with global finance functions to maintain high‑quality data.
• Drive process improvements, automation and enhanced reporting capabilities.
• Assist with audit activities, compliance requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or finance professional with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Curious, proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
