Financial Analyst – Finance Operations (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Join a leading global technology company as a Financial Analyst within the Finance Operations team. You will support high‑impact operations across multiple international markets, working with data, solving problems and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and invoice approvals.
• Analyse financial data and prepare regular reporting.
• Support monthly and quarterly operating expense reporting.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve billing queries.
• Work with internal teams and external vendor partners.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
• Use Excel and internal reporting tools to analyse large data sets.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting or audit.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS).
• Power BI (nice to have).
• Anaplan (nice to have).
• ERP systems (nice to have).
