Financial Analyst – Manufacturing (Roscommon)

About the role

We are seeking a financially‑focused analyst to join the finance team of a leading international manufacturing business in Roscommon. The role offers exposure to operational finance, business partnering, planning and commercial analysis within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance analysis.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and support stock control processes.
• Analyse manufacturing costs, variances and operational KPIs.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with capital expenditure reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Partner with production and operations teams to improve business performance.
• Assist internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Contribute to process improvement and finance transformation projects.
• Collaborate with shared services and global finance teams.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
• At least 2 years post‑qualification experience in financial analysis, management accounting or a similar finance role.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
