Financial Analyst – Treasury (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Treasury Department of a leading organisation in Dublin. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support both day‑to‑day treasury operations and strategic transformation projects. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Create and document standard operating procedures for treasury activities.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures governing treasury operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including potential banking service migration and Next Generation Ticketing impacts.
• Perform and review bank and revenue reconciliations for selected operators within strict timelines.
• Execute internal banking transfers and assist with liquidity management.
• Monitor suspense accounts, investigate unreconciled transactions and ensure resolution according to SLAs.
• Coordinate communications with banking institutions and respond to internal queries.
• Provide information to auditors and support cross‑functional initiatives to enhance financial control.
• Document issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive sustainable corrective actions.
• Assist with ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Minimum NFQ Level 7 degree in finance, business or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to control requirements.
