Financial Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a client‑facing Financial Consultant to deliver comprehensive pension and investment advice across our regional network. The role combines advisory work with business development, requiring regular on‑site client meetings and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial planning solutions covering investments, pensions, savings and protection.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while acquiring new business within the region.
• Conduct in‑depth fact‑find sessions to assess clients' financial situations, goals and risk appetite.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of financial products, legislation and market trends.
• Report activity, targets and meeting outcomes to management and support staff.
• Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with administrative teams.

Required profile

• Fully QFA‑qualified and CPD compliant.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing advisory or sales role within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent client engagement skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
