Financial Controller (12‑month contract, Hybrid)

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to step into a true Financial Controller position within a growing, multi‑entity Irish organisation. You will own the finance function across several entities, work directly with senior leadership, and have immediate visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities.
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
• Own year‑end, audit and compliance activities.
• Provide commercial insight to drive performance.
• Act as a key finance partner across the organisation.
• Support the ongoing development of the finance function.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong post‑qualification experience.
• Currently operating at Financial Controller level or ready to step up.
• Experience in a multi‑entity/group environment.
• Strong technical accounting and audit background.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and add value.
• Proactive individual seeking impact in a growing business.
