Financial Controller

About the role
We are partnering with the CFO of a fast‑growing international business to recruit a Financial Controller who will lead the finance function and work closely with senior decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual management accounts.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
- Manage day‑to‑day treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting and foreign‑exchange exposure.
- Own the annual audit process and ensure statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Enhance financial systems, processes and internal controls.
- Contribute to financial planning and strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5–10 years of senior‑level experience.
- Background in group finance, commercial finance or financial control.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance team members.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
