About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing financial services advisory firm in Dublin that is experiencing strong digital lead flow and rapid expansion. The firm is looking for a Financial Planner to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth, offering the chance to shape the proposition, processes and future direction of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice to clients.
- Build tailored plans covering pensions, investments and protection.
- Work with high‑quality inbound digital leads.
- Help shape and scale the financial planning function as the business grows.
Required profile
- Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) – mandatory.
- CFP qualification – desirable.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning.
- Confident, commercial and client‑focused.
- Eager to work in a startup‑like environment and contribute to building a great team, brand and business.
