About the role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join a well‑established financial services organisation in Dublin. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner closely with senior finance and commercial leaders to provide insight‑driven analysis that supports strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver management information packages, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Monitor business performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and trends.
- Support cost‑management initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities across the organisation.
- Act as a business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insight to drive growth.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or financial control experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
