Finishing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to lead the final stages of a large‑scale residential project for a Tier 1 contractor in Dublin. The role works closely with the site management team, coordinating trades and ensuring high‑quality finishes across multiple apartment units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finishing trades across multiple apartment units.
• Manage snagging processes and ensure timely close‑out of defects.
• Monitor work quality to achieve high‑end finishes.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet handover deadlines.
• Conduct inspections and prepare units for client and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Track progress and report on completion status.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Foreman on residential or apartment developments.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and snagging processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple units and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational ability with a proactive approach.
