Finishing Supervisor – Residential Development in Dundrum

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Finishing Supervisors to join a flagship €126m residential development in Dundrum, Dublin 16. You will lead the delivery of internal and external finishes across four apartment blocks and a range of houses, ensuring high‑quality standards and timely handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing works across residential units and common areas.
• Coordinate multiple trades including carpentry, drylining, painting, flooring and M&E finishes.
• Manage snagging and de‑snagging processes from first fix through final handover.
• Monitor progress to keep unit delivery on programme.
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors and the design team.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising finishes on large residential or apartment projects.
• Strong understanding of internal fit‑out and finishing sequences.
• Experience with RC frame or large‑scale apartment developments is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Effective communication and coordination across multiple trades.
