About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Crew member to join Generator Dublin’s vibrant hospitality team. You will work across the bar, café and kitchen areas, delivering a memorable experience for guests in a fast‑moving hostel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the F&B Supervisor/Manager and be assigned to a specific outlet (Bar, Café or Kitchen) while remaining flexible to cover other areas as needed.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, craft beer, and food, ensuring a unique Generator experience for each guest.
• Handle cash transactions accurately during shifts.
• Maintain stock levels, control inventory and keep costs to a minimum.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Follow all company policies, including fire safety, health & safety and food hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Impeccable honesty and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent service to both group and individual guests.
• Strong commercial sense with a drive to increase revenue.
• Creative, innovative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas.
