Forward Deployed Engineer III – French & German

About the role

Google Cloud is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer III to embed with strategic customers in the GCC region. You will act as a builder‑consultant, turning cutting‑edge generative AI models into production‑grade solutions that directly address client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy NLP and generative AI agents in customer environments.
• Implement and maintain DevOps and MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.
• Provide white‑glove deployment, troubleshoot integration and data‑readiness issues, and ensure state‑management robustness.
• Serve as a feedback conduit, translating field insights into product roadmap recommendations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders in French or German to manage relationships and drive adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with NLP, generative AI, and customer‑facing AI deployments.
• Fluent communication in French or German.
• Founder‑mindset, high agency, and ability to solve production blockers.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with NLP models and generative AI agents.
• DevOps/MLOps pipeline implementation.
• ML infrastructure: model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging.
• Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google ADK.
• Secure workflow implementation using MCP, tool‑calling, OAuth authentication.
• Inference optimization metrics (tokens/sec, cost‑per‑request) and techniques.
