FP&A Controller

About the role

Reporting to the UK&I FP&A Director, the FP&A Controller will own all financial planning and analysis activities for a core BAM segment. Based in the Kill, Kildare office, you will act as the key bridge between Divisional Finance and the business unit, delivering high‑quality management information that drives decision‑making at both divisional and group level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the segment’s FP&A function, taking full ownership of planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Orchestrate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles in collaboration with Divisional FP&A and Business Controllers.
• Develop and maintain CTC (total cost) forecasts and consolidated cash‑flow forecasts, providing clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Partner closely with the Segment Finance Director to guide day‑to‑day finance operations and strategic execution.
• Provide accurate balance‑sheet, P&L and cash‑flow analysis for actuals and forecasts.
• Ensure robust, compliant management reporting and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes.
• Support the digital transformation of finance, promoting insight‑driven, efficient solutions.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning and analysis within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to influence decision‑making and communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across divisional finance and business units, with a focus on balance‑sheet, P&L and cash‑flow management.
• Commitment to high standards of accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.
