Freelance Junior Journalist & AI Trainer (Project‑Based)

About the role

Mindrift is looking for a freelance Junior Journalist to work as an AI Trainer on short‑term, project‑based assignments. You will help shape AI language models by creating high‑quality, fact‑checked text that teaches the system how to reason, stay accurate, and convey nuance.

Key responsibilities

• Write original, clear, and fact‑checked responses following specific project guidelines.
• Design prompts that challenge AI models and test their capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI‑generated answers.
• Maintain consistency with style and quality standards across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, Education, or a related field.
• At least one year of professional experience in journalism, communications, public relations, or a similar role.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
