French-speaking Account Development Representative (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic French‑speaking Account Development Representative to join our Dublin team. In this position you will help drive sales growth and expand our customer base within French‑speaking markets, working closely with sales and marketing colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads in French‑speaking territories through research and outreach.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted acquisition and retention strategies.
• Engage prospects and customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads through each stage.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and solid English proficiency (B2).
• Proven experience in sales or account development, preferably B2B.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret customer needs and market trends.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
