French Speaking Customer Representative – Relocation to Greece

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Representative to join our client Miele’s support team. The position is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and includes a fully funded relocation package, allowing you to combine a rewarding career with the lifestyle of a vibrant Mediterranean city.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and order‑related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Offer product information, troubleshooting guidance and support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent service standards and achieve satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Thessaloniki, Greece.
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
