French-speaking Operator – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Operator to join our Dublin office. You will work on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, handling outbound calls, reviewing content and applying generative AI tools to improve our services.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and review information according to company policies and security standards.
• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in designated regions, gathering accurate data.
• Support users by summarising and completing various requests with high attention to detail.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse and interpret data for content operations.
• Implement and apply Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, to enhance content creation and user interaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with quality metrics and strive to exceed productivity targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts across seven days.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive learner with a sense of ownership.
• Team player who can adapt quickly to new technologies.
