Front Desk Receptionist – Dental Practice (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy dental practice in Dublin. This part‑time role (3.5 days per week) offers a flexible schedule and the chance to be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
• Manage appointments and maintain an accurate patient diary.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly.
• Process patient registrations, payments, and related administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
• Highly IT‑literate and confident using standard computer systems.
• Ability to work flexibly across a 3.5‑day schedule.
• Previous experience in a dental, medical or clinical environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient use of standard office computer software.
