About the role
Verve, a leading Live Event and Brand Experience agency, is looking for a professional Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, partners and visitors at its Dublin headquarters. The role supports all departments, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and handling telephone enquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Coordinate courier, taxi and delivery services, and oversee outbound post through An Post.
- Organise boardroom and meeting‑room bookings, including catering, tea/coffee and lunch orders.
- Arrange internal van bookings and schedule delivery drivers.
- Support recruitment of brand ambassadors by preparing induction and welcome packs.
- Perform any additional duties relevant to the smooth running of the office.
Required profile
- Minimum two years experience as a Front of House Receptionist in a corporate setting.
- Professional telephone manner, positive attitude and welcoming personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organised, and able to work independently with initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
- Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
