About the role
As the first point of contact for Leo Lynch, the Front Office Administrator ensures a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, callers, and staff. The role blends reception duties, office administration, and executive assistance to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area, and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Maintain a tidy reception space, provide informational support, and manage daily post and deliveries.
- Control access to the building, monitor the visitor log, and issue badges in line with security procedures.
- Order and inventory office supplies, oversee the company fleet, and perform general clerical tasks such as filing and photocopying.
- Support health and safety administration, manage the Flex system, and assist with fire evacuation procedures.
- Maintain office calendars, schedule meetings, arrange catering, and coordinate office events.
- Handle executive travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, and manage confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with building management and vendors for office maintenance, equipment repairs, and supply procurement.
