Front Office Assistant – Full‑Time & Part‑Time

About the role

The Front Office Assistant is the first point of contact for guests at The Address Collective. You will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and provide accurate information and services throughout the guest stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, using their names and adhering to brand standards.
• Register arrivals, manage check‑in and check‑out documentation, and allocate rooms according to procedures.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and no‑shows in line with company policy.
• Answer the switchboard, transfer calls correctly, and take accurate messages.
• Process guest requests such as dinner reservations, porter services, and information provision.
• Post charges to room bills, monitor management accounts, and balance cash at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable work environment and uniform.
• Conduct regular security and maintenance checks and report issues to management.
• Provide timely, professional communication with colleagues and guests.
