Front Office Receptionist

About the role

Join the Front of House team at The Brehon Hotel & Spa as a Front Office Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Assist guests with queries, including meal and spa bookings and local attraction recommendations.
• Accurately process guest billing and present invoices at departure.
• Provide information and support to all hotel departments, acting as a central hub of knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a hotel reception role.
• Warm, friendly and positive attitude with a genuine interest in guest care.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency with computer systems used in hotel front‑desk operations.
