Fulfilment Consultant

About the role

Randstad Belfast is looking for a Fulfilment Consultant to join its recruitment team supporting the Social Care and Education sectors across Northern Ireland. You will act as a bridge between clients and talent, helping to source, assess and place candidates that meet pre‑qualified specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using the internal database, job boards, applications and online tools.
• Write and tailor job advertisements to match client requirements.
• Shortlist, interview and prepare talent for client engagement.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for ongoing market needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.

Required profile

• Consultative, professional approach with strong business partnering skills.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
