Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Neobank App

About the role

We are looking for a product‑mindful Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale BJAK’s AI‑driven Neobank application. The role is remote, but candidates must reside in Ireland. You will work across the entire technology stack, turning ideas into customer‑facing features and internal tools quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch end‑to‑end customer‑facing and internal product features.
• Create web flows, backend APIs, admin dashboards, and operational systems.
• Support a range of financial services including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ship features rapidly.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, manage data pipelines, and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on features post‑launch.
• Build tools that automate manual processes and increase business speed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
• Ability to deliver usable products quickly without perfect specifications.
• Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable debugging across the entire stack.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps, or high‑volume platforms is a plus.
