Full-time Catering Assistant

About the role

Supermac's is looking for enthusiastic full‑time Catering Assistants to join its Ballacolla restaurant. You will work every day of the week, delivering fast, friendly service and ensuring every customer enjoys high‑quality food in a clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system according to management procedures.
• Support the management team in driving sales and increasing customer spend.
• Flexibly work across all restaurant areas, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks.
• Adhere to food safety, storage, and preparation guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
• Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, including evenings up to 11 pm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with respect for colleagues and management.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic POS operation.
• Understanding of food preparation, production, and storage standards.
