Full-Time Cycling Advisor – Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full‑Time Cycling Advisor to be the face of our sports store. You will guide customers of all levels – from beginners to seasoned athletes – helping them find the right gear, services, and experiences across in‑store, online, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized product and service recommendations, covering new items, used gear, rentals, and subscriptions.
• Engage customers through multiple channels (store, website, social media) to understand needs and drive sales.
• Maintain an inviting store layout, ensure product information is clear, and keep stock levels accurate both physically and digitally.
• Process transactions, offer various payment options, and provide basic repair or personalization services.
• Create attractive product displays and promote sustainability initiatives.
• Safeguard customer data and uphold store safety standards.
