Fullstack Developer – React, Node.js, AI-Integrated

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join Holafly’s fast‑growing team. You will build AI‑enhanced web experiences that keep millions of travellers connected worldwide, working primarily remotely with occasional visits to our Irish office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript, adhering to accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain Node.js (Express/NestJS) RESTful APIs, integrating with OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications.
• Write automated tests following Test‑Driven Development principles with Testing Library/Jest.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to embed large‑language‑model services into the frontend.
• Ensure visual consistency using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui component library.
• Participate in code reviews and promote clean, maintainable code.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments using Docker and Google Cloud Platform.

Required profile

• Strong experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js backend development and REST API design.
• Commitment to quality through TDD and automated testing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
