Full‑Time Deli Assistant – Roscommon

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full‑Time Deli Assistant to join our service station in Roscommon. You will work in a busy retail environment, preparing and serving a range of fresh foods while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality breakfast, lunch, dinner and chilled products efficiently.
• Manage daily kitchen operations under the direction of the Deli Manager.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct portion control and ensure accurate inventory.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
• Promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme to every customer.
• Carry out deli checks as trained and uphold quality standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer care and service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Basic stock‑management and portion‑control skills.
