Full‑Time Hotel Receptionist – Front Office

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Receptionist to join the Front Office team at our award‑winning hotel and country club. The role covers a flexible schedule between 8 am and 11 pm, including early, mid‑day and late evening shifts as well as weekend coverage, ensuring the reception is always staffed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, efficient welcome to all guests and manage their stay experience.
• Handle appointments, guest accounts, cash transactions and general administrative duties.
• Record and respond to customer comments and feedback in line with hotel standards.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and manage messages promptly.
• Follow departmental procedures for all services delivered.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, opening hours and services.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and a professional attitude.
• Polished telephone etiquette and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to manage busy periods effectively.
• Effective listening, clear communication and the capacity to handle workload under pressure.
• Previous receptionist experience is an advantage.
