Full‑Time Reservations Agent – Hospitality

About the role

The Gleneagle Group is seeking a friendly and professional Reservations Agent to join its Central Reservations Department. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and bookings for multiple properties and event venues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while answering reservation calls and emails.
• Process hotel, apartment and event bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Sell tickets for events at Gleneagle Arena and other venues.
• Collaborate with a small, friendly team to ensure smooth operations.
• Work a rotating schedule of five days per week, including weekends, with shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Required profile

• Experience in a guest‑facing role within hospitality or business administration.
• Previous front‑office or reception experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who enjoys collaborative work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard software applications, email and word‑processing programs.
