About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. in Dublin as a full‑time Keyholder, responsible for bringing the iconic Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support your teammates, and ensure smooth store operations during key trading hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Confidence in leading and supporting a shop‑floor team.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
