Fund Accounting Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

This senior position leads the quality assurance function within a global financial services firm, ensuring robust controls and operational excellence across fund accounting activities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop a comprehensive quality framework and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quality assurance and control framework for fund accounting operations.
• Document critical processes, define controls, and assign ownership.
• Conduct structured testing of NAV production, reconciliations, pricing, and P&L reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Review incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor remediation from audits and compliance assessments.
• Produce management reports on quality trends and control effectiveness.
• Advise operational teams on best practices and promote a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fund accounting, quality assurance, internal audit, or a related financial services function.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk management.
