About the role

The Merrion, a luxury hotel in the heart of Dublin, is seeking a full‑time Garden Room Breakfast Waiter for early‑shift service. You will join an experienced team, receive comprehensive training, and work in a high‑standard environment where guest satisfaction is paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Garden Room restaurant for breakfast service each day.
• Serve breakfast to guests to Merrion standards, anticipating their needs.
• Maintain active communication with all team members throughout the shift.
• Reset the restaurant for lunch service after breakfast.

Required profile

• Strong guest focus with excellent communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to contribute positively to The Merrion culture.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
