General Operative – Production Team (Tullamore)

About the role

Join Sofina Foods' team in Tullamore and play a vital part in delivering high‑quality meat products to customers worldwide. You will support food preparation, packaging and hygiene standards, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products in line with quality and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets and ensure efficiency.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within your work area.
• Support the delivery of consistent product quality with care and attention to detail.
• Be flexible with shift patterns and available to support overtime when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic with good organisational skills.
• Team player with positive interpersonal skills.
• Quality‑focused with an eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.
• Flexible and available to work both day and evening shifts, including overtime.
