General Operative – Warehouse Operations

About the role
We are looking for a motivated General Operative to join our warehouse team. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling the full order cycle while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and compliance with Good Distribution Practice.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders to meet accuracy targets and delivery timelines.
- Receive and decant incoming goods, replenish stock, and maintain optimal product availability.
- Store items correctly in allocated locations and conduct regular stocktaking.
- Follow safety, hygiene and quality procedures in line with GDP guidelines.
- Support additional operational tasks as required by the supervisor or manager.
Required profile
- Positive "can‑do" attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer‑focused mindset and collaborative approach.
