General Operator – Production & Assembly

About the role
We are looking for a General Operator to join our Production & Assembly teams at our Tuam facility. The role involves working across all production and assembly areas and covering day, night and evening shifts as required.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the daily production plan set by the supervisor.
- Prepare set‑up, powder and trimming stations before each shift.
- Adhere to all SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Operate hand tools, machines and chemicals after training, complying with safety requirements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety in the work area.
- Collaborate in a cross‑functional team environment.
Required profile
- Pro‑active and efficient work attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.
Required skills
- Use of hand tools (experience desired but not essential).
