Geospatial Engineer – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Geospatial Engineer to join our Dublin team and lead surveying projects across Ireland and Europe. You will work on a variety of infrastructure, construction and environmental assignments, delivering accurate data and supporting client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform staking and setting‑out for multiple trades on construction sites.
• Prepare, analyse and verify survey data for set‑out activities.
• Operate modern survey equipment including Total Stations, GPS receivers and data collectors.
• Conduct detailed field and office surveying work.
• Process survey data using post‑processing software such as AutoCAD, StarNet and 12d Model.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Undertake any additional duties required by the business.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices and scopes of work.
• Experience in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Full Irish or EU driving licence and a valid PTS card.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and across Europe.
• Legal right to work in the EU.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS and data collectors.
• Competence in AutoCAD, StarNet and 12d Model for post‑processing.
• Strong CAD technology skills.
