Global Fees Management Analyst

About the role

Join Northern Trust’s International Finance Operations team as a Global Fees Management Analyst. Based in Limerick, you will support the timely capture, recognition, billing and collection of revenue for multiple legal entities across EMEA, working with high‑profile clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and on‑time client billing across Northern Trust entities, meeting strict reporting deadlines.
• Set up and maintain client static data, interpreting documented fee arrangements correctly.
• Collect fee debtors promptly, generate payment instructions and record banking entries.
• Complete month‑end accruals to guarantee revenue accuracy for financial accounting close schedules.
• Collaborate with New Business, Client Services and Operations to capture new or terminated business, accrue and invoice it within agreed timelines.
• Communicate and escalate billing delays or issues in a timely manner.
• Develop strong relationships with Client Services and business teams through regular liaison.
• Handle client, business and finance queries, ensuring documentation and escalation as needed.
• Maintain compliance with SOX and audit requirements, continuously improving controls.
• Provide input for internal and external fee‑related audits.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for fee‑related changes and projects.
