Global IT Applications Lead

About the role

Bimeda is embarking on a global digital transformation and needs a senior leader to own its core enterprise platforms. As the Global IT Applications Lead you will steer the rollout and ongoing governance of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, QAD ERP and Salesforce CRM across more than 30 legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud strategy, managing partner relationships, rollout sequencing and release governance.
• Maintain QAD ERP stability during the transition period, handling vendor management, support escalation and change requests.
• Lead the Salesforce CRM transformation, setting platform strategy, licence governance, roadmap and delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with the Global IT Manager and regional CEOs, COOs and CFOs to align platform roadmaps with business growth.
• Represent Bimeda in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, ensuring business requirements are captured and controlled.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing enterprise‑wide ERP and CRM platforms.
• Strong track record of leading large‑scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with QAD ERP and Salesforce CRM transformation programmes.
• Ability to engage directly with C‑level executives and influence commercial decisions.
• Strategic mindset with excellent governance and change‑management capabilities.
